Advisor to the CEO on Strategic Projects

Laxmi brings interdisciplinary experience across the private sector, international organisations and global governance, with a focus on policy research, strategic stakeholder engagement and responsible business conduct. Her work sits at the intersection of international law, global governance, human rights and the private sector.

At the United Nations Environment Programme she led the global flagship initiative A Legal Framework for Impact, convened with the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment and the Generation Foundation — coordinating policy engagement across the EU, the UK, Japan, Australia and Canada, and representing the organisation with legal professionals, policymakers and senior political representatives. She holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Leeds (Distinction) and was selected as one of McKinsey's Next Generation Women Leaders.

At Khazanchi & Co. she advises the CEO on strategic projects, bringing a multilateral and cross-sector perspective to the firm's work.
