Arjun trained as a constitutional litigator at the Supreme Court of India, in the chambers of Senior Advocate Rakesh Dwivedi until January 2021, after a year as Judicial Clerk to the Hon'ble Mr. Justice C. Hari Shankar at the High Court of Delhi. He then founded Rooba Finance, a digital asset infrastructure firm operating exclusively under the IFSCA Innovation Sandbox at GIFT City, India, and a founding-member institution of the ERC-3643 Association. He now serves as Chief Executive Officer of MKX, a VARA-licensed virtual assets broker-dealer in Dubai, and counsels a small number of founders, boards and family offices on space law and frontier policy, regulatory, capital, AI and founder matters through retainer engagements held in confidence.
